1. Are our courses under any incentive funding scheme ?

  • Most of our courses are registered on the SDF EasyNet and funded under the Skills Development Fund (SDF) Program as well as the Individual Incentive Funding scheme.
  • Under the regular SDF Program, the minimum subsidy allowable is $2.50 per trainee hour for non-SME’s, $5 per trainee hour for SME’s (SUPER incentive scheme) and up to $8 per trainee hour for Certification courses. For validity of schemes, company eligibility for subsidy, etc. please visit the SDF EasyNet website at http://www.sdf.gov.sg

2. How do we qualify for SDF subsidy ?

  • Participants must be sponsored by their company to be eligible for SDF funding.

  • Participating companies must be registered with ACRA and SDF / WDA.

  • Trainees must achieve at least 75% of scheduled attendance for each course that they have enrolled; and complete the test / exam where the course includes certification testing.

  • Companies intending to apply for SDF subsidy of courses will need to make payment to us for remaining fees due (after SDF subsidy) either by company cheque or through company giro, as specified by the relevant authorities.

  • To apply for SDF funding, companies are required to enrol sponsored participants on SDF Easy Net @ http://www.sdf.gov.sg.

3. What Certificates will I be awarded ?

  • For courses without assessment, a Certificate of Attendance / Achievement will be awarded to participants who achieve at least 75% attendance.
  • For certification courses, a Certificate of Qualification will be awarded to participants who have passed and achieved the required test mark and have achieved at least 75% attendance. Such certificates will be awarded by the revelant certifying Body, such as the Singapore Computer Society for PC Driving Test, and the ICDL(UK) for International Computer Driving License.
  • The prevailing Test fee and administrative costs apply for any re-sit of Certification Tests.
  • An administrative fee of $5 is applicable for the replacement of a Certificate of Attendance and S$20 for Qualifications.

4. What is the minimum class attendance needed ?
  • Participants are required to meet at least 75% attendance to be awarded a certificate.
  • Participants may request for alternative arrangements to enable them to “make up” for missed lessons, in the event that they are unable to achieve the 75% quota needed, subject to a maximum of 2 replacement dates and availability of logistics, including lesson, classroom, Trainer, etc. Such re-arrangements will be solely at the discretion of Quick-Pro Training & Consultancy.
  • In the event that the 75% minimum attendance is not met, participants will have to reimburse Quick-Pro Training & Consultancy IN FULL for the TOTAL amount of the course fees (including test fees, admin costs, etc., if any).
  • Participants can submit documentary proof such as medical certificate, national service letter, or letter from your employer (for job assignment reasons), to CPD within 48 hours of your absence from class.
